Having specific goals is the key to success!! What also helps is breaking down goals. My main goal is to lose weight and be healthy. That is a pretty vague goal but if I break it down smaller and get specific, it will help me reach my main goal.

For me, working out is something that I sometimes struggle with and other times I love. Throughout the years I have done different types of workouts and some I loved while other bored me so much. If you have read my blog in the past, you will probably know that I have been trying to lose weight for a while now. Unfortunately, I have not been successful. For that reason, I started going to a dietitian at my university, thankfully it is pretty cheap at my school!! This past Monday was my last meeting with her so I wanted to start blogging my weightless journey in order to have accountability. When trying to lose weight or just live a healthier life working out is essential! While many go to the gym or have gym equipment where they live and enjoy working out in with that equipment, to me it gets boring quick!
In order to workout out frequently you need to find an activity that you enjoy. So for example, if I get on a treadmill I dread every minute and probably won’t use it the next day so it’s just a disservice to me.
