It’s been quite some time since I have shared an unboxing of one of my favorite subscription “boxes,” Play! by Sephora!! The reason I love Play! by Sephora is that I know I am always going to get quality products since they all come from Sephora. I was definitely pleased with the items I got this month, especially because two items came from Benefit and Kat Von D. I have never tried anything by Kat Von D but I was super excited to see the brand in my bag. Also, how cute is the bag?!?!
Keep reading to see all the goodies I got this month in my Play! by Sephora bag. Enjoy!!
The POREfessional Face Primer by Benefit: I’ve sampled this primer and always say I’m going to buy but for some reason I never don’t. I was super excited to see this in my bag because it really does help minimize the appearance of my pores and it also smells really good!!
Hello FAB Coconut Skin Smoothie Priming Moisturizer by First Aid Beauty: This is a moisturizer that doubles as a primer. It has a bit of shimmer that is perfect for the summer but also not overpowering. The product smells really fresh and summer-y. I am interested in seeing how the priming part works, especially in the Texas heat!!
Rose Gold Hair & Body Oil by Ouai: I always love getting hair products to test out on my somewhat curly and frizzy hair. So far I’ve been liking this hair oil because it does help my hair but at the same time it’s not an exciting difference.
Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in K-Dub by Kat Von D: Like I mentioned above, I was super excited to receive something by Kat Von D. I will admit that this bright purple shade is definitely out of my comfort zone but it is a great color for summer!!! I’m excited but also nervous to try this shade but, honestly, it is very lovely!!
Rich Kid Coconut Oil Gel by IGK: I tried this oil gel the night I received by bag because, like I mentioned, I love trying hair products. It smells like men’s cologne, which I don’t mind at all!!! This oil gel is supposed to give hair a careless but stylish look. I have only used it once but it did give my hair a nice look. I’ll keep you posted as I try it more times!
Black Opium by Yves Saint Laurent: Usually perfumes are the least interesting product I receive in my bag but I really like the smell of Black Opium; I received a sample a while back by Influenster. I’ll probably take the sample with my when I go to Mexico in July since all my perfumes are full size and I am not comfortable traveling with them.
Those are the six products I received in my Play! by Sephora bag for June!! My favorite product was hands down the liquid lipstick by Kat Von D. I’ll share pics when I get the courage to wear it! Haha
