Birchbox Unboxing: February 2016

As always I was very excited to receive this months box.  I don’t peak at the boxes I’m going to get anymore because a) I don’t really have times these days and b) it is much more fun for the box to be a surprise!

First of all I absolutely love the design of the box so much! I think it is super girly but simple which is a lot like my style.  I don’t like to save the boxes because if I did, I would have a clutter in my room.  This one is so cute, though, that I am definitely going to save it!  So enough about the box, keep reading to see what I got this month in my Birchbox. Enjoy!

ARROW REVIVE Cooling Cheek Tint in Berry Flush: This type of product is pretty new to me and it actually intimidated me when I saw it.  Because of the tube, I thought this was going to be a sticky product which is a big no, no for me.  I went ahead and swatched and I was surprised by how light weight the product feels.  It is a tint so it isn’t heavy.  I will say that a little goes a long way with this product because I just swatched a small amount and it gave a lot of color.  I haven’t tried it on my cheeks yet but I hope it looks great because this would be really great in the summer time.

Hey Honey Take it Off! Exfoliating Honey Peel Off Mask: First off, I think the name on this product is pretty cute!  I was super happy to see this in my box because I had sampled this peel off mask before and I really liked it!  I haven’t used it in a while so I am happy to see that I got it again and I will more than likely end up posting a review for this mask.

ModelCo Lip Enhancer Illusion Lip Liner: When I first saw this, I thought I had received a hot pink lip liner and I was pretty bummed because hot pink is not a shade of lipstick I wear or want to start wearing.  When I opened the liner, which was nicely sealed in plastic, I was surprised to see a dark nude lip liner.  In my swatch it looks pretty dark so I am not sure how it is going to look on my lips.  I’m hoping that it looks good because this lip liner is supposed to work with any lip color.

Naobay Oxygenating Cream Moisturizer: So far I am impressed with this moisturizer!  I tried it this morning on my feet because they have started to get dry now that I have been wearing sandals more.  I wore boots today so, of course, I wore socks.  When I got home and took my sock off my feet were still very moisturized and my feet felt really soft.  I am going try this more and see if it keeps my feet looking moisturized.  Sorry if that story grossed anyone out!

PARLOR by Jeff Chastain Detangling Leave-In Conditioner: This is another product I was super happy to see in my box.  I had received another PARLOR by Jeff Chastain product and I really liked it.  I was also happy to see that it was a detangling spray because they really make my life so much easier.  I tried it last night and so far, so good.  It works great to help me detangle my hair and it smells really nice!

Those are the five products that I got this month in my Birchbox.  Overall, I think this month’s box was amazing, I can see myself using all the products.

Have you tried any of these products?
